Unlike many large design firms, we pride ourselves on the fact that our firm is not ‘top heavy.' Although the partners of Zausmer-Frisch, Scruton & Aggarwal are your main contacts throughout your project, they work closely with our integrated design and construction teams.

Garson Zausmer, President, is our senior partner and leads the construction division, including cost estimating and project management.

Ray Scruton, Designer, LEED AP is our senior lead designer for all phases of the project including programming, interviewing, site surveys, code compliance, conceptual and final design development and coordination of consulting engineers.

Sheila Aggarwal, Designer, LEED AP is our senior lead interior designer for all phases of the project including programming, interviewing, site surveys, conceptual and final design development, space planning and interior detailing.

Shane Wolven, Vice President, Construction, oversees our construction team, managing project estimating and scheduling.

The team includes designers, construction supervisors and estimators, CAD drafters, renderers and support staff.

Our in-house design team conducts detailed interviews to determine the most efficient and creative solutions to meet our client’s goals and budget requirements. We have the experience and manpower to provide every aspect of project planning from initial concept development through construction and move in.
