Sensis is one of central New York's fastest growing high-tech companies, currently employing over 700 people. Started in 1985, the company develops and manufactures a wide variety of products with a primary emphasis on air defense systems and traffic systems.

When ZFS&A started working with Sensis, they occupied 50,000 square feet of rental space. Over the next year, ZFS&A planned and built an additional 100,00 square feet. ZFS&A was then asked to plan a new facility that would house the entire business and allow for future growth.

The result is a 44 acres site that includes a two acre pond with working trails. The new 78,000 square foot, two-story office building houses research and development. A second 10,900 square foot building houses a large dining facility and 4,700 square foot fitness area that overlooks the pond.
