Kirkwood Office Park is a planned five-building professional office complex composed of one-story structures ranging in size from 6,600 square feet to 8,000 square feet. The buildings were designed to be compatible with the adjacent residential neighborhood, and to have a warm and inviting character.

In addition to providing the planning of the park and the design of the buildings, ZFS&A was completed the construction of the first two buildings. The first building was constructed for the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA), and the second building for Dr. Jack E. Yolfa.

The offices of gynecologist Dr. Yolfa convey a comfortable and friendly environment, with a floor plan that has been developed to meet the specific traffic flow and privacy issues associated with his practice. From the easily maintained surfaces in the clinical areas, to more decorative finishes in the waiting areas, the building interior is a balance between aesthetic appeal and practical, easy maintenance.
