Located in Fayetteville, New York, the Towne Center at Fayetteville encompasses over 560,000 square feet of space with parking for 3,100 cars. In addition to designing the center, ZFS&A was also the construction manager for many of the buildings that make up the site. Other buildings were built directly by tenants and owners.

The center includes such stores as P&C Foods, Target, Kohls, Eastern Mountain Sports, Joseph A. Banks, Blockbuster Video, Stickley Furniture, Thomasville Furniture, among other local and national tenants. Restaurants at the site includes McDonald's, Carraba's, Chicago Grille, Panera Bread Company, and several other local restaurants.

In addition to retail space, the center has two buildings dedicated to office use and free standing branch of Key Bank.
