As one of the largest marketing/communications firms in New York State, EMA requied offices that were on par with their national clients. Their 40,000 square foot offices are located at Bridgewater Place in Syracuse, formerly a vacant gear manufacturing factory.

Part of the challenge of creating their new offices involved working around architectural elements of an old facotory. The offices occupy three levels of the building with a two-story atrium loung as the central focal point.
