Located in the Utica Business Park in Westmorland, New York, this 12,000 square foot building is the primary office for seven physicians and a large support team. The physicians rotate between the site and several remote offices, with usually only two physicians seeing patients at this complex one at a time.

The building was designed to be a low-profile structure with minimal exposed mechanical equipment. The planting bed around the building is brought up to the window level to give the appears of the building growing out of the ground.

The structure includes private doctor offices, primary and secondary waiting areas, procedure rooms, a large staff conference room, library, lounge, business office suite, 2,000 square foot climate-controlled basement file storage room, and many other amenities to make the offices totally self-sufficient.
