The Shenendoah Golf Clubhouse, located in Verona, NY, opened in the spring of 2002. Its first major event was a Seniors PGA tournament. Since then, the clubhouse has been constantly booked for golf, social, and business events.

When the planning of this project was awarded to ZFS&A, the goal was to create a facility that was "world class." The two-story, 27,000 square foot clubhouse features a first floor bar, restaurant, pro shop, and locker rooms. The second floor houses a 400-seat banquet facility. Each floor has a complete kitchen.

A second floor outdoor balcony offers additional dining and a view of the golf course and the heavily landscaped grounds. The extensive detailing and rich materials used throughout the building all have an aura of traditional quality intended to stand the test of time.
