In 1996, ZFS&A was invited to become part of the design team planning the resort with primary responsibility centered on the design of all public, interior areas. Since 1996, ZFS&A has designed the majority of the public areas including:

In addition to these projects totally designed by ZFS&A, the firm was also part of the design team involved with the planning of the Convention Center and Show Room. Currently, ZFS&A is completing the design of the new casino executive offices.
